Debt Syndication

We assists corporate to leverage on debt as an instrument to raise capital through structured financial products for various requirements including projects, expansions, and modernizations and in structuring and syndicating funds for acquisitions. We have a wide network and strong relationships with lending banks for financing projects.
We prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for green-field and expansion projects. The DPR normally contains all project related write-ups and detailed financial projections based on the technical inputs relevant to the project. At times, we even hire industry specific technical consultants for preparing DPR acceptable to the lending institutions.
On finalization of the DPR, we arrange road shows/presentations for initiating debt syndication on behalf of the clients. As per the project requirement, we arrange Term Loans, Working Capital Limits and Foreign Currency Loans from Banks/FI’s under single/multiple/consortium banking arrangement.
We believe in complete package of financial consultancy and our team takes initiative to co ordinate with the banks/FI’s, interact with the banking personnel, follow-up and ensure that all requirements and queries are resolved.
Post sanction, we ensure proper documentation and completion of legal formalities for disbursement of credit facilities, thus guiding the clients through the complete process of debt raising.
