We apply methodologies like Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST), work content analysis, loss hour analysis & integration with systems, operator capability improvement, Six Sigma, TPM, and TQM. We design a program to enhance shop-floor workmen capability which improves multiple operational indices. We also have a wide bouquet of training programs for staff functions.
