Dextrose Mono-hydrate is purified and crystallized D-glucose. It contains one molecule of water of crystallization. It exists in white, odorless, crystalline granules having a bland and sweet taste. It is 65-70% as sweet as sucrose and has a solution, which is much less viscous than Liquid Glucose. It has wide application in the food & beverage industry as well as widely used in Industrial application.
