303 Capsule Dose: 1 capsule 2 times a day, or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor.

How long to take? It can be taken for upto 2 -3 months, based on doctor's advice.

Mukta Bhasma – Bhasma (Calx) of Pearl
Swarna Makshika Bhasma – Bhasma of Copper-Iron Pyrite
Shuddha Shilajatu – Asphaltum punjabinum
Abhraka Bhasma – Purified and processed Mica
Mastangi
Jatiphala – Nutmeg (fruit) – Myristica fragrans
Jatipatra – Nutmeg (leaf) – Myristica fragrans
Lavanga – Clove – Syzigium aromaticum
Ela – Cardamom – Elettaria cardamomum

Side effect: 
This medicine should only be taken under medical supervision.
keep out of reach and sight of children.
Over-dosage or taking medicine for a longer period of time, than prescribed may cause hyper acidity and excess sleepiness.
Store in a cool dry place.
Take this medicine only till the prescribed time, in the prescribed dose only.
