We manufacture and supply Top Rollers with High Grade alloy steel procured directly from foundry who are supplying to top companies. The Steel Grade used is EN-31 . The products turned in CNC to get closed tolerance ie. +/- 0.002 overall run-out.
Our Top Rollers are hardened fully ( 58 to 62 HRC) to ensure durability and longer life . The End bushes are made in EN-39 Grade alloy steel. The Bearing used in End Bushes are fitted with Imported Cage/ Needle Bearings procured from brands such as NTN, IKO, INA.
Hence Our Top rollers never fall in any aspects in spite it match that of OEM’s quality.
