Duolin Inhaler is a combination of Ipratropium and Levosalbutamol. This medicine is used to relieve symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, breathing difficulties, coughing, etc. caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (lung disorder in which the airflow is blocked which leads to breathing difficulty). It works by relaxing and widening the muscles in your airways. Duolin Inhaler may cause some side effects like headache, cough, mouth dryness, nausea, constipation, etc. Inform your doctor if the side effects become severe or persist for a long time. Duolin Inhaler should be used in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. For the ease of remembering, use it around the same time every day. Even if you see an improvement in your condition, do not stop taking it. If you discontinue the use of this medicine early, your symptoms may return or worsen. Duolin Inhaler is not recommended for use in children less than 12 years of age. Inform your doctor about any other health issues related to liver, kidney, heart or if you are undergoing any medical treatment before taking this medicine. Consult your doctor before taking this medicine if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
