Sri Maharshi Shipping Private Limited was started on 8th August 2013, by two dynamic young professionals, Mr. Mahabir Prasad Gupta and Ms. Sumana Hazra, having their Corporate Office at 2 Baretto Lane, 3rd floor, Kolkata 700069 in the Dalhousie Area——-the heart of Business Hub of Kolkata. The office is 10 minutes drive from Kidderpore Dock and well connected by Metro, Taxi, Bus and Tram. The activity of the company is Stevedoring at Sagar & Diamond Harbour anchorage / Shore Handling / Barging (lighterage & Top up) along with Shipping Agency related activities. The company has a fleet of Earth Moving Equipment which they give on hire to various dredging sites. Apart from carrying on its own Shipping Related Activities, the company gives on hire—— Cranes, Volvo Loggers, Log Grabbers, JD machine, Bulk Grabbers and Barges to other shipping companies too, so that they can meet their commitments in time.
