Patient Mr XYZ age 22 yrs came to hospital with history of trauma. He dashed his bike into a truck and was under the influence of alcohol. Patient had lot of continuous lacerated wounds and swelling on face as he reported to casualty.Immediately after primary management CT scan of the patient was done which revealed left parasymphysis fracture and right mandibular angle fracture. Patient was posted for surgery of open reduction and internal fixation of left parasymphysis fracture and right mandibular angle fracture under general anaesthesia.
