We are a team of Qualified Professionals having trained and experienced staff’s to perform the outsourcing job by ensuring quality and timeliness. Our team comprises of highly dedicated professionals like Chartered Accountants and Cost Accountants are ably supported by staff with Post graduates and graduates from the commerce filed. Moreover these staffs have adequate experience in bookkeeping and taxation works. We have a separate, clearly laid out work process for Accounting and Taxation works which our trained staff will follow meticulously. He is commerce Graduate. He was working in Shaw Wallace & Co.Ltd in Shipping Division. He also worked as Liner Manager for Hapag Llody AG- CMB - Pacific Internation Line (Container Division). He has also served as General Manger German Express Shipping Agency. Agents for Hapag Lloyd AG.

He has started on his own Freight & Forwarding Company in 1993 named as of Indo Lloyd Freight Systems Pvt Ltd and is currently the Managing Director of the company.

Mr. B. Arun

He completed his graduation in commerce (B.Com) from Delhi University and his Post graduation in commerce (M.com) from Madras University, India. He is also a qualified cost accountant (ICWA) by profession and has also completed the Intermediate level in Chartered Accountancy. He has over 12 years of total work experience out of which the last 6 years have been specifically in a BPO industry dealing with US Accounting and Taxation.

He has handled successfully 5-US Tax Seasons and has managed over 100 plus employees in his previous job in each of the past 3 tax seasons. He has Managerial level knowledge and hands on experience in preparing Individual (Form-1040), Partnership (Form-1065), Corporate (Form 1120 & Form 1120 S) and Trust returns (Form-1041) especially in the tax software such as Pro Fx System, Lacerte, Ultra tax, Pro Series, Go Systems and ATX. Besides these, he has also experience in handling US Accounting works especially in Quick Books and Peachtree Software.

Mr. T. Krishnamurthy, Consultant

As a Consulting member of our staff, Mr. Krishnamurthy, brings auditing and management of accounting; Federal, State and Private. Mr. Krishnamurthy represents our clients for the completion of income-tax assessments with the IRS. He has traveled to USA and Canada on client trips and is well versed in US Accounting and Tax Laws. Mr. Krishnamurthy is doing CPA in US (Colorado State).
