Return’s & Refund

• The product can be returned within 15 days after the Product is delivered to customer.
• The customer has to self return the product after confirming the courier charges. The charges of the courier will be paid off to customer. (Only if the customer receives damaged/Defective product.)
• The product should be returned with all the accessories provided with the product. In case any part, accessory is missing partial refund would be provided. (Partial refund would be 50% of which the customer has paid.)
• If the product is not damaged or defective and the customer still wants to return for any other reason the customer is liable to pay the return charges.(50% OF THE COURIER CHARGE WILL BE REFUNDED)
• Refund will be processed after receiving the product return.
• The product should not be used .If the product is used or washed shock 39 will provide only partial refund (For Apparels)
