Finishing Softener - Purol XL

PRODUCT : PUROL XL (Flakes)
 NATURE : Non-ionic

 METHOD OF PREPARATION : (for 100 kg.)
 1. Take 15 kg. To 20 kg. Concentrate
 2. Add 85 kg to 80 kg hot water (80 - 90°c)
 3. Mix well with stirrer till the concentrate is fully dispersed in water.
 4. Add 0.5 kg. To 1 kg non-ionic emulsifier (9.5 moles) if necessary to give betterlook.
 5. Cool down the paste to obtain ready non-ionic softener white paste. 

 ADVANTAGES :
