Floxsafe 400 mg Tablet contains the antibiotic moxifloxacin 400 mg, which belongs to the fluoroquinolone class of antibiotics. It works by stopping bacteria from copying their DNA, thereby killing them and helping clear bacterial infections.

This medicine is prescribed by doctors for various bacterial infections, including:

• Respiratory infections (e.g., pneumonia, bronchitis)
• Sinusitis
• Skin and soft tissue infections
• Urinary tract infections
• Prostatitis and other bacterial infections
