HOW TO USE

• Add 1 Packet of Health Mix to 1/2 cup of water(150ml) Per Person and stir without any lumps.
• Bring to a boil on the stove for 2 minutes, stirring well without lumps, and add 1/2 cup(150ml) of milk or water (as needed) to the boil.
• Boil to desired consistency, add sugar or salt (as per requirement) to taste, and serve the Health Mix. Enjoy!
