Due to the increased attention for problems concerning the air pollution, especially caused by the combustion of liquid fuels, with a viscosity higher than 70ºe or 50ºc (till 70ºe or 50ºc), ecoflam industriale offers a burner which can burn fuel usually called emulsion, obtained through the mechanical blending, using a gearing pump with 80-85% of heavy oil and 15-20% of water (max 40ºf).
The blending, between the heavy oil at 130-140ºc and the water, happens in an emulsionator placed on the burner, before the atomization motor pump group.
This type of combustion, normally known as integrated mechanical emulsion, ensures emissions with an index of smokiness near to zero (similar to light oil) and a wide reduction of the polluting elements, caused by the presence, in the fuel, of the sulphur (s) and nitrogen (n) and of solid un-burnt carbon elements (c), in the smoke in the form of dust, or even worse, of small balls.
