Airmatic SS 304 Industrial High Efficiency Coalescing Filters

This PVI / PVA High efficiency coalescing filters are available in different flow ratings from 127 up to 307 scfm. It is designed for applications where all solid particles of upto 1.0 / 0.01 micron size or larger are to be removed from the air supply alongwith oil and water aerosols upto 0.1 / 0.01 mg/m³. These filters are so efficient that as the air is directed through the wrapped filtering media, solid contamination of 0.1 / 0.01 µ size are trapped by Interception, Inertial Impact and Diffusion at low velocities, aerosols are coalesced to form liquid droplets which are permanently removed from the air stream and captured into the sump. Material of construction being in S.S. 410 / 304, it does not require painting or powder coating.
Filter Element:
The disposable filter element is made of Borosilicate glass fibre media. It is capable of withstanding high operational pressure without distrotion or loss of dimensional integrity.Grade Xo: High Efficiency General Protection Filter.
