Model –HS-SFE 3rd Generation machine is designed to produce the hand Gloves with Servo Motor Control System
  • The servo motor is used as the main control motor to accurately control the Knitting operation of the machine head, Which gives the High speed to the knitting machine, Servo motor greatly reducing the complex transmission components of the previous glove machine, and fundamentally eliminating mechanical failures which Gives 40% Higher production.

Maximum versatility :
  • The knitting head is formed by inserting the special high precsion plates, manufactured from the special steel using state of art technology. These plates provides the extreme strength and durability for high speed.
  • The cam profile and selection system are designed to give optimum conditions in order to achieve the perfect stich formation even in the maximum speed, this results in energy saving and consequent reduction of wear on all the machine parts
  • sinker knit system offers very good stretchability and strength as well as shape of the hands

Control Panel :
  • Control panel focuses the easy operation, Large LED displays communicate the current knitting status, Touch control numerical keys also offer convenient data input.

  • Computer control system: cortext-m4 32-bit microcontroller is adopted, which greatly reduces the failure rate of the machine;
  • Operation panel: humanized design concept is adopted. The operation is simpler and practical.
  • Head control: the servo motor controls the head running, which is efficient and stable
  • Finger system control: servo motor intermittent joint finger system, which can change product varieties intelligently and quickly;
  • Duo mouth control: stepper motor controls rubber band output, intelligently controls compass width and improves product quality;
  • Density control: stepper motor controls the knitting density to achieve different knitting densities for each part in each row and to weave more varieties;
  • Centralized oil supply: intelligent oil supply system, which can always protect the friction part;
  • The design of ultra-small and ultra-thin machine head can reduce the carrying load, realize extreme speed rotation, high-speed operation, reduce inertia impact force during high-speed operation, and reduce power consumption.
