Possessing over 17 years of senior level management experience in F&B Operations, Projects, Pre Opening, General Administration, IT and Systems, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service and Team Management in Hospitality Industry, Mr. Chatterjee also expertise in Conceptualizing, Positioning, Planning, Product Development, Plating, Man power Management and Pricing.
His strengths has always been developing concepts based on the Target of Client, Format of Business and Equipments based on Optimum Capacity Utilization depending on forecasted sales.
