The grinding wheelspindle is mounted on preloaded grease packed super precision angular contact anti-friction bearings, ensuring trouble mounted motor ( To eliminate any vibration) through flexible couplings.
The wheel head assembly is mounted on a heavy column enclosed guide ways with cover to keep them dust free. The carriage is perfectly hand scraped and matched guide ways provided to achieve maximum accuracy and surface finish. The machines are low on maintenance, reliable over extended period of time & at the same times very effective & efficient. These are backed by prompt after sales service & spare parts.
