Hydroquinone Tretinoin Mometasone Furoate Cream

Dosage: As directed by the Physician. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Do not freeze. Protect from light.

Adverse Reactions:
Mild stinging to severe irritation has been reported when using this preparation. Occasional hypersensitivity (Localized Contact Dermatitis) may develop.
If hypersensitivity occurs, discontinue the medication and consult Physician immediately.
Strict avoidance to direct Sunlight is recommended.
Not to be used during pregnancy. Avoid contact with eye, mouth & mucous membrane.
