DF-5703(A) Inline Neutron Activation Coal Analyzer is of modular structure, which can be installed around the belt without the need to cut of the belt. When DF-5703(A) runs, the belt will slide on the inner bracket of the measuring unit and all the materials passing through it will be tested, with no contact with such materials during the whole testing process, thus it has no influence on belt running. DF-5703(A) can present the testing results every one minute, thus accurately analyzing the content of each element as well as relevant industrial indexes. DF-5703(A) can be used jointly with the automatic batching software to carry out the coal material blending control in such industrial enterprises as coal mines, coal washeries, power plants, etc. Weighing instrument and analyzer can send current detection results into the batching software, and the latter then controls the feeding amount of each raw material feeder according to the target values of quality control parameters (calorific value, sulfur content and ash content) as set up by the users, so as to make the batching satisfy the quality control requirements. The batching software can also adopt manual mode. The feeding amount of each coal source can be controlled through the intercommunication system, thus guiding coal blending.
