The study of Interior Design held in our campus encompasses the study of both architectural and design content within a built environment, while focusing on the human interface within a given space. This Interior Design course provides intensive training for students to become professional interior designers. Emphasis is placed on design studio projects, space planning, creative problem-solving, communication & presentation skills and knowledge of building materials, construction, computer-aided drafting, the history of design, professional practice and an Internship at the end of the 2 year Advanced Diploma in Interior Design; where the student spends a term in a Design Studio/Architectural Practice.
Students in schools are exposed too many real projects, where they are frequently taken on field trips as this helps the students in understanding the multifaceted roles an Interior Designer plays in the world of Interior Design/Architecture & Construction.
The full-time & visiting faculty is to deliver the Interior Design course bring a wealth of working experience & Interior Design/Architectural Knowledge from Europe, USA, Canada, Australia & the Middle East, with an extensive link to various industries.
