Irish Coffee Cake

September 2008 ‘The Cake and Cream Factory' came into existence as a dream project of two Hotel Management graduates who had a deep drawn passion for baking. Pritam Borawake and Suhas Tattitali, both alumni of the prestigious ‘Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology’, decided to venture into a series of bakeries spread across the Pune landscape, offering variety, quality and service a level above the conventional concepts.

Since then, ‘The Cake and Cream Factory’ developed as the fastest growing brand in Pune. Pritam and Suhas associated with more enthusiasts like Rohit Sathe, Sachin Joshi, Agasti More and Poonam Patel, who helped take this brand to  a huge 32 outlets in the city, today.

Cake and Cream introduced the innovative concept of ‘Satellite Bakeries’ This concept allowed them to make cakes freshly made on site on order, and deliver them to customers and nearby outlets in less than an hour. Innovative flavours, consistent quality and above all extending a customer friendly service; has written the success story of this brand, today.
