We has once again been granted the ISO 20000 Certification international certificate that establishes the quality of operational services, technical systems and IT management.This renewal has been obtained following a three-year period working within the Services Management System for Outsourcing (SGSO) methodological framework under the ISO 20000 certification requirement, which includes services provided by outsourcing and technology units.
