Pradeep Engineer, Founder & CEO
Pradeep Engineer is the Founder & chief architect of N360i - ERP Accelerator Framework. He has strong focus on Product Innovation, Research and Development, Quality Assurance (CMMi Level-5), Client Support and Services groups at MOD. Pradeep's professional career spans around 22 years of Enterprise Application Development, Integration and Delivery in various capacities across Manufacturing, Retail & Distribution, Insurance, Automotive and Pharmaceutical domains.

During 1999- 2005 he worked as a Project Manager at Intelligroup Inc., and has been closely associated in Delivery & Process improvement initiatives to some of its biggest US clients including NYSE, Reckitt Benckiser, Armstrong, Timken Steels, Apple Vacations, Hughes Escorts, Erie Insurance etc.

Prior to Intelligroup through 90s, Pradeep architected and launched Fortune, an ERP Builder, at Exponentia InfoSystems, India, and was successful in deploying Fortune at around 300+ customer locations in 2 years. Pradeep holds Mathematics (Honors) Degree from Osmania University, India and MBA degree from Nagarjuna University, India.

Williams Temple, Director (Strategy)
Williams heads the Middle-east and African operations for MoD .With 25+ yrs of experience in IT, Williams has been the key to MoD's overall growth strategy.

Prior to MoD, he served in senior management roles With IT majors like L-3 communications , HCL, Intelligroup, Satyam, Danlaw, AP E-Governance over the last 2 decades. He holds an Engineering Degree and MBA from JNTU, Hyderabad.

Anand Penametsa, Director (Partner Relations)
Anand Raju is a seasoned IT strategy professional with over 25 years of experience having founded & served IT majors like AllSoft Corporation Ltd, Intelligroup, Global TeleSystems, and Danlaw Technologies. He has been highly successful in launching new IT Solutions/Products and executing business plans at all his engagements in India and Middle-east.

He has been the key to our successful partner development strategy and India Sales operations. Anand holds an Engineering (Electronics) and MBA from Pune University, India.
