the patterns are designed using cad machines from gerber garment technology, usa( ggt) and then are plotted also using ggt plotters. The fabric is spread into layers using ggt fully automatic spreaders after which they are cut by straight knife and band knife cutter from eastman and wasterma and the piping is cut by automatic collaret cutter from ngaishing. The automatic fusing machine from hashima makes collars and placket with fusible interlining.
