It has antifungal, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antispasmodic activities which not only helps to cure but also gives relief in symptoms associated with leucorrhoea.
Lodh (pathani) has potent antimicrobial action against bacteria responsible for leucorrhoea associated with bacterial vaginosis and PID.
Surkh Punarnava has potent antifungal actions against commonly involved fungi in leucorrhoea candida vulvovaginitis.
Mazoo possesses antispasmodic property, which is helpful in relieving spasms and cramps in leucorrhoea associated with chronic cervicitis and PID.
