Launched 3 new comapnies from zero level, travelled very widely in India for each company, created distribution network, opened new zonal offices, advertising, sales promotion, market research, creating new sales organization,recruiting, training sales team, pricing, designing MIS, monitoring & motivating sales team, performance appraisal etc.
