Markolaser fume extraction unit

Fume Extractor with DC-turbine, 1.2 kW, 230 V - Mobile suction units with maintenance-free, changeable high-particulate filter for the mechanical separation of dust. The unit is made for laser machines in connection with suction elements.
The filter consists of a pre-filter, a high-particulate filter and an activated carbon filter, which is separately built-in in a changeable housing. Each filter element is taken off by the clean side and can be taken out individually.
Mobile suction and filtering device.
A large pre-filter of the filtering category F5 separates the rough particles. Subsequently the air is lead through the high efficiency submicron particle air-filter H13 (separating degree of 99.95%) where the last fine particles are separated.
The filter unit is equipped with an active carbon filter-cassette as a final filter. The housing is made of stable steel-sheet and is powder coated on the inside and even on the outside.
The built in filter sealing equipment is a standard solution which ensures absolute air-tightness. The suction unit is equipped with a high performance high pressure turbine.
By means of high-quality suction power turbines a high suction performance is reached, the noise level remains however nevertheless low. The units are delivered with a mounted silencer for effective noise reduction.
