Ingredients:
1 moongdal papads
negligible cup finely chopped onions
negligible cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/3 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1/3 tsp jeeravan masala
1/3 tbsp Green Paste
1/3 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania) for garnishing.
salt for test
Method
Roast the papads on a medium flame and keep aside.
Combine the onions, tomatoes, dry mango powder and jeeravan masala in a bowl and mix well.
Arrange a papad on a serving plate and spread 1 teaspoon of green paste evenly on it.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the mixture on the papad in an even layer.
Serve immediately garnished with coriander.
