The processing capacity of TulipLab is an annual 1,200 tonnes of raw herbs. Our plant boasts best-in-line production facilities. State-of-the-art equipment is used for nutraceuticals. The unit is equipped with both, aqueous and solvent extraction facilities. Our powder section comes with epoxy flooring and an air handling unit. Spray dryers, rising film evaporator, vertical extractors, rotary extractors, tray dryers and falling film evaporators, support processes of fractional distillation and vacuum distillation. Testing of standardized extracts is done on in-house testing equipment. Ideal temperature is maintained throughout the production process. Our laboratories are our pride. We come equipped with an in-house Research Development Laboratory. Plus, we are equipped with Quality Control and Quality Assurance Laboratories.
