Each vial contains : Sterile Meropenem IP 500 MG, 1000 MG

PACKING :

1X500 MG, 1X1 GM.

INDICATIONS :

Meropenem is used to treat severe infections of the skin or stomach. Meropenem is also used to treat bacterial meningitis (infection of brain or spinal cord). Meropenem may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

USES :

Meropenem 500 MG Injection is a broad spectrum antibiotic used to treat a variety of conditions caused by bacteria such as infections of stomach, brain, and lungs. It should be used with caution in patients with central nervous system disorders.

SIDE EFFECTS :

• Swelling and redness at the injection site
• Fever
• Confusion
• Fast heartbeat
• Skin rash
• Black or tarry stools
• Decreased urine output
• Diarrhea
• Constipation
• Body pain
• Acid or sour stomach
• White patches in the mouth or on the tongue
