Amtek Industries specializing in Copper Brazing process wherein two metal parts are joined (as per customer specification) by the melting of filler material. The sub-assemblies are first pressed with the help of pneumatic press and copper of required size is placed on the place to be joined. After this, the components are fed into Inert Atmospheric continuous type Brazing Furnace for melting the copper at specified temperature. The components are then electroplated for corrosion resistance and for improving appearance.
