M75 is an innovative instrument which joins together DMM, Safety Tester and LAN checker features inside a compact and ergonomic user-friendly structure and with a extremely reduced weight (800g only!). The DMM is a professional instrument with TRMS measurement of AC/DC voltage, AC Current (through external clamp), Resistance and Frequency. Additional features are MAX/MIN/AVG function, HOLD function and PEAK detection with Response Time of 1ms, useful for surge currents detection.
The Safety Tester features allow to perform test on electrical plants according to VDE0413. Measures of Continuity, Insulation, Global Earth value (also with 0.1W resolution), RCDs test, phase sequence indication and phase coincidence (using only one Test Lead even just touching even insulated cables or two Test Leads) will be easily performed thanks to this new extremely compact instrument. An innovative function (AUTOTEST) automatically performs main safety checks in the plant (Earth Resistance measurement, RCD Test, Insulation Test) just connecting the instrument to a socket and pressing the GO button. The instrument will give you a final response (OK or NOT OK) about the safety of the plant under test.
Finally the LAN checker function allows you to check if the wire mapping in a LAN cable is correct or not with easy indications about the found errors, which will guide you though the troubleshooting. M75 is completed by a modern selector function knob, a large numeric display for easy readings of measurements and a protection rubber holder to prevent accidental damaged

AVR Electronics Pvt. Ltd. was started in the year 1985 in Mysore, as an Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) provider, with the active support of reputed WIPRO Infotech Ltd. We had established and extended our services for the assembly of PCBs, CRTs, Keyboards, Power Supplies, and Dot-Matrix Printers. We have also served other reputed companies such as ABB, L&T, Infosys Digital, and many others. However, we had to slow down this activity because WIPRO diversified from Hardware to Software, and they shifted most of their assembly operations out of Mysore.
In the year 2000, we diversified to our area of core competence in Power & Energy Management in order to meet the growing needs for high-tech products. Now we have our Development and Marketing office in Bangalore, and our Production facilities in Mysore.
Our experience in Power & Energy systems goes back to 1955. What worked to our advantage is our in-depth understanding of our customer requirements. The various options and solutions that we offer to our clients allow the designers, engineers and project managers in designing and installing efficient and reliable systems.

Our Management
Mr. S. S. Hubli is the Founder Chairman of our company. He is a graduate in Electrical Engineering (1955) from College of Engineering, Pune and Sr. Research Fellow at the High Voltage Engineering Dept. of the Indian Institute of Science Bangalre (1962). His subject of Research was “ Surge Voltage Distribution in Transformers” developed an “ Impuls Peak Voltmeter” and published a few Research Papers.
He has had a long experience in research, development, production, and marketing of wide range of electrical, industrial, and power electronic products.
Mr. Vijay S. Hubli is our Managing Director. He is a Graduate in Instrumentation Technology (1987) from J. C. College of Engineering, Mysore. He is the first generation entrepreneur, who has been associated with the company since its inception. He has actively participated in the development and progress of AVR Electronics Pvt. LTD.
