TK6920 square pillow is equipped with the balance of the center of gravity of the headstock, the compensation of the self-weight of the square ram, and the compensation of the square ram. These three kinds of precision compensation ensurethe high precision of the Y , Z and W axes. In order to increase the rigidity of the square ram and reduce the influence of the deformation of the square ram on the geometric accuracy of the main shaft, two tie rods are installed in the square ram, the front end of the pull rod is fixed at the front end of the square ram, and one end is respectively installed at the rear end. The pulling force of the oil cylinder and the pull rod is provided by the oil cylinder. With the extension of the square ram, the electro-hydraulic proportional valve controls the pressure of the oil cylinder to gradually increase, so that the pulling force of the pulling rod is increased, and the straightness of the square ram is ensured, and vice versa. When the pillow is retracted, the pressure of the cylinder is gradually reduced, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the movement of the square ram.
