On Time Delivery
Our objective is to deliver consignments within 24 Hours upto 300 kms and Delivery within 48 Hours for between 300 to 1000 kms and 72 hrs above 1000 kms which includes booking date. We measure OTD (On Time Delivery), for all the shipments based on our commitments. Presently ACPL handling approximately 35, 000 shipments per month and average OTD ( On Time Delivery ) is more than 90% and Efforts are being taken to achieve 95% performance. ACPL proudly declares that, within Maharashtra OTD (on time delivery) measured more than 95%
