Power Train Cut Section Demonstrator

The demonstration system consists of a sectioned Automobile Advanced Diesel Engine with Gearbox, sectioned at suitable locations to display internal assembles. The engine is cut at different locations in order to display its components with their construction like piston, cylinder, crank shaft, cam shaft etc. Auxiliary systems like oil sump, starter motor, alternator, Inlet manifold, air filter, exhaust Manifold, coolant system etc. In order to visualize operation of engine and its components, the Power Train is driven from the Drive shaft using a low speed Geared Motor.
The engine operation can be visualized by running it at low speeds using a drive motor connected to drive shaft located in the gearbox. The engine assembly along with drive system is mounted on a sturdy steel frame, fitted with castor wheels for mobility
