Pulmoclear Syrup 100 ml is a combination expectorant and bronchodilator designed to support respiratory health. It contains three active ingredients: Acebrophylline 50 mg/5 ml, Terbutaline 1.25 mg/5 ml, and Guaifenesin 50 mg/5 ml, along with a small amount of menthol. Acebrophylline acts to thin mucus and relax airway muscles, Terbutaline opens the bronchial passages, and Guaifenesin loosens and helps expel phlegm. The menthol provides a mild cooling and soothing effect in the throat.

This syrup is used in conditions with thick mucus and bronchospasm, including acute or chronic bronchitis, asthma, COPD, and other respiratory issues that involve coughing up phlegm, wheezing, shortness of breath, or chest tightness. It is typically taken two to three times daily, preferably with meals to reduce stomach irritation. The syrup should be well shaken before each use, measured accurately with a cup, and stored below 30 °C.
