The term 'White water' refers to foamy and whitish appearance of fast flowing water. The suitable period for river running depends on the adequacy of water volume. Himalayan River are mostly raftable round the year, depends on area of operation. One of the great advantages of rafting is to travel leisurely through the varied terrain and enjoy interaction with the locals and take photographs. In river running each day could hold promise of new discoveries. We run day rafting trips on Ganges (Uttarakhand) and Indus & Zanskar (Ladakh) to multi day self contained rafting expeditions in most of Himalayan Rivers. We provide fairly good logistic support and delicious meals during our day or multi day rafting trips. River trips are generally safe and can be enjoyed by families and holidaymakers of all ages. Most rafts are specially outfitted for safety and are virtually unsinkable with separately inflatable compartments. Each traveler is provided with a life jacket, helmets, paddle as well as waterproof bags for clothes and watertight boxes for cameras and Wet suits during winter months as well in multi day expeditions. Our guides are highly trained with all necessary CPR and first aid courses, they usually confirm to international standards.
