We manufacture and export high class ME Load Bank, which is a single phase and three phase variable Lamp or resistor or capacitor load and is housed in a metal case. It is used for stimulating load conditions to test Voltmeters, Ammeters and Watt meters, using load switches provided on the bench. The total simulated load is the sum of loads of all 'ON' switches.
Construction
Features: The ME Load Banks are provided with:
- MCB will be provided for Mains ON.
- Indicating Lamp is provided for Load Bank ON Indication.
* Fan will be provided for forced Cooling (1 No) at extra cost (Generally required above 10-15KW Load Banks)
* The cabinet will be of Painted Perforated M S sheet mounted on MS angle frame. Powder coated meter panel is provided.
* Insulated terminals (connectors) of appropriate capacity will be provided for Making 1 Phase and 3 Phase connections,
* The Load Bank is provided with Castor wheels for easy handling.
* Heavy duty Rotary type Switches will be used for operating steps.
* Analog or Digital type AC Voltmeter(s) and AC Ammeter(s) will be provided for measuring Input Voltage and Total Output Load/Current.
* The continuous duty hours will be maximum 2 hours.
