Product Description
Sigma Mixer is used for mixing tough dough type material, especially where there is a liquid addition in bulk solids. Sigma mixer gives laminar shear to the raw materials under process it helps mix these tough to handle materials uniformly by consistently shearing the layers and forcing the raw material removed previously back into the bulk, this constant shear gives a powerful kneading action ensuring efficient dispersion of raw materials resulting in uniform mixing and consistency of the product. The raw material or form of ingredients may be in any combination of powder, fibre, liquid (this usually in relatively smaller percent), etc.
