Skimmed Milk Powder (SMP) is a dairy product made by evaporating and spray-drying pasteurized skim milk, removing nearly all fat (<1%). Rich in protein (~36%) and calcium, it's used in baked goods, confectionery, yogurt, and nutritional supplements. Low moisture content extends shelf life. Reconstitutes easily but lacks creaminess of whole milk powder.
