Culture Clothing Private Limited was formed in 1994 with the aim to offer a quality product to our customer. We were the first to export pigment-dyed t-shirts out of India approximately 10 years ago. Since then we have been successfully shipping pigment-dyed knit & woven garments to all the top brands, likeTIMBERLAND, GUESS, ARROW, VF, DIESEL and now to ARMANI EXCHANGE, DKNY, DOCKER\'S & CKas well. We do pride ourselves in developing innovative ideas to stay ahead of the field in product development. New concepts and designs are being constantly churned out by a dedicated design team. Of late we have developed a number of very light weight jersey fabrics (going as low as 80\'s and 100\'s count in single jersey\'s and ribs) which have been well received by our women\'s wear buyers in the higher segment. We do not hesitate to develop new blends & counts in hosiery fabrics, which many factories otherwise shy away from, due to the fear of the unknown. This creative journey would not have been possible without the support of our customers who do understand that new ideas and concepts come with their own set of issues and are with us on the learning curve. Our production capacity is approximately 75,000 pcs per month in this category of product, after adding a new facility recently. Last year, the average FOB of our garments was $8.50 and in the first half of the year 2008 it is more than $11.50. This is without the garments having much hand work, bead work or sequins. The value addition is mainly on account of fabrications, novel jersey fabrics and other printing and embroidery techniques.
