Pioneer Diligence was incorporated in 1992 with an objective to engage in the business of fabrication, erection and commissioning related works required for power plants. . The core strength of the company lies in taking abstract ideas and conceptualizing a project on a grand scale. We are engaged Fabrication, Erection & Testing and Commissioning of Oil Storage tanks, Sluice-Gates, Electrical-operated hoists and Fir-Fighting systems.

Founder & Chairman
The foundation stone of “Pioneer Diligence” was laid in 1992 by the founder Mr. S.K.Pali with 15-20 nos. of staffs and workers. The founder did his engineering in the field of Mechanical and with zeal for true entrepreneurship; he moved forward with a small setup and since then, never looked back.
The devotion, sacrifice, hard work, team spirit, mutual understanding and positive attitude extended by the ‘then’ and ‘forth coming’ staff and workers came good and the company started getting continues orders on the basis of commitment towards employees and customers.
