Serialization

We provide complete serialization solution with track & trace to automate case packing and provide unit-level serialization, traceability, and authentication of all products.

We design and manufacture automatic label applicators, that can be easily integrated with standard label printers and apply to all sides, along with corner application, and vision based verification to comply with FDA 21 CFR Part-11 compliance.

Mechanization

We provide complete automation with Servo/Pneumatic grippers, ROBOTS/Multi axis gantry, and automatic collation/aggregation units to pack high thruput needs. Systems are designed asper GAMP-5 guidelines with complete validation documentation to ensure line quality, reliability and performance meets customer needs.

Case Erectors & Sealing

We manufacture high speed case erectors and case sealers for different applications and requirements those demand speed, reliability and low price.

Horizontal and Vertical loaded case erectors options are available. Normal low speed case erectors are pneumatic operated to provide upto 10 cases/min and servo case erectors can handle upto 20 cases/min. Custom case erectors are built for higher thruput needs.

Tertiary Packing

We provide integrated tertiary packaging solutions to pack inner cartons to outer or inner carton bundling along with ROBOTIC palletizing systems that enables products to travel safely to the end-users.
Merging & sorting systems can club multiple end of the packing lines and can handle up
