Established in 1981 as a partnership firm, founded by two partners -Mr. C. K. Joshi and Mr. Prakash Apte. Mr. Kaustubh Deshpande, Mr. Sushil Bandpatte, Mr. Varad Joshi and Ms. Tejashree Joshi have subsequently joined as partners.
