Super Alloys And Metals Private Limited which began its operation in 1982, has established itself as a reliable and quality conscious manufacturer & supplier of Continuous Welding Consumables. The supearc, supertig & supershield brand consumables are produced and processed at well-equipped manufacturing plant for Wire Rods & Electrodes. There are 40 products at present on SAM product portfolio. The wire rod and electrode manufacturing plant has Drawing, Annealing, Pickling and Spooling capacity of 100 Ton per month. The wires are offered in machine layer wound 12.5kgs Plastic spool, 25kgs Coil, 250kgs Robo-pack and 650kgs Drum pack.
The manufacturing plant has its own Quality Assurance and Quality Control System designed to deliver products conforming to ASME section II part C requirements and can meet customer specific requirements like Low Ferrite, IGC, NACE specification wherever possible. More than two decade long, close association with wire rod manufactures, has placed Super Alloys in a leaders position for supply of special wires & electrodes for TIG/MIG/CO2/SA welding of Carbon Steels, Low Alloy Steels, Stainless Steels and Non Ferrous Metals.
