OUR APPROACHTo effectively work with a large number of exporting companies and to ensure maximum regional and sectoral coverage, IGEP follows a three-circle and three-level concept.At this point we will give a short presentation of these concepts:
Companies in each sector are divided into three groups according to their ability to compete in the target markets. The most intensive tailor-made assistance is extended to the core group.This is the group that already has achieved a relatively high degree of motivation, experience and financial capability to venture into the hyper-competitive markets of Germany and EU.
Here just a few services which are offered to these groups:Special marketing assistanceDirect buyer contactsGuidance during product developmentMonitoring of running orders and inspection of the goods before shipping The assistance is continued till these companies can operate independently without constant support of the project.
The second-circle comprises the companies which, although reflect high motivation, need more exposure and awareness of the market requirements and consumer preferences. Companies in this group are offered support by organising their group participation in international trade fairs, through workshops and seminars, market information, and through advice on development of first samples and prototypes, etc.The third circle is the largest group of companies, which are offered information about the target markets and framework conditions in order to prepare them for their entry into the second circle, and eventually the core group.
