TA (Tres Amigos) is a group of experienced professionals from the field of Human Resources, Learning & Development and Academia who have come together with an intent to build the competencies of working and budding professionals in the industry.
For working professionals, there is a desire to perform better at job and scale up the career path. There are numerous aspects of the job which when fulfilled enable employees to meet their career targets. All employees are part of a team and as a team member certain prerequisites are required from each one. Each team is managed by a manager and s/he plays a crucial role in shaping and supporting employee's growth in the organization.
The numerous aspects that enable and enhance the job performances of employees, teams and managers are covered under the modules, namely, Interviewing skills for managers, competency based hiring, team work, managerial skills/leadership development, time & stress management, business etiquettes, communication & interpersonal skills, etc.
Every year, a large number of technical & management graduates pass out from colleges & universities but only a few make it to the industry in a respectable job. Others manage and settle with mediocrity. The problem is not with knowledge but certain gaps which require specific attention. We at TA have identified these gaps to the very miniscule level possible and have designed modules/trainings/skill labs to cater to the need of bridging these gaps.
The areas that cater to such gaps are CV preparation, GD & Interview skills, Personality Development, Presentation & Communication skills etc.
