Product Description
Tyre Tread Builder allows the new tread to be installed on the casing prior to the curing process. Tread Builder has an extendable hub for casing loading. Aluminium rollers actuated by a pneumatic piston apply pressure to the tread and casing. To provide uniform application of pressure on the tread, a primary roller and two support rollers are used. The equipment additionally has a pneumatic cutter for splicing the tread to the correct length.
