Common side effects of Sulphamethoxazole :

Nausea, vomiting, anorexia, diarrhoea, hypersensitivity reactions, blood disorders, serum sickness-like syndrome, hypoglycaemia, hypothyroidism, pseudomembranous colitis, kernicterus in premature neonates.

Common side effects of Trimethoprim :

Upset stomach or throwing up. Many small meals, good mouth care, sucking hard, sugar-free candy, or chewing sugar-free gum may help. Not hungry. Sore throat
